HXY-6A core drill
The HXY-6A drilling rig is an improved product of the HXY-6 drilling rig. In addition to retaining the advantages of the HXY-6 drilling rig, the gyrator, gearbox, clutch and frame have been greatly improved, and double guide rods have been added. , The gear ratio of the gearbox has been re-adjusted, the main shaft feed stroke has been increased from the original 600mm to 720mm, and the main engine's front and rear movement stroke has been increased from the original 460mm to 600mm.
HXY-6A core drilling rig can be used for oblique and straight hole drilling. It has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable layout, moderate weight, convenient disassembly and wide rotational speed range. The drilling rig is equipped with a water brake, which has a large hoisting capacity and is easy to operate at the low position of the lifting brake.
The machine is fit for engineering works of inclined and vertical hole drilling. It absorbs the merits from XY-4,XY-44 and HXY-5 drills of compact in construction, rational in overall arrangement, moderate in weight, convenient in assembling and wide in range of rotation speed, so on.

II. Main Characteristics Of HXY-6A Core Drill Rig
1. The drilling rig has more speed series (8 stages) and a reasonable speed range, and the low-speed torque is large. 10. The hydraulic system is equipped with a hand-operated oil pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand-operated oil pump can still be used to deliver pressure oil to the feeding cylinder, and the drilling tools in the hole can be pulled out to avoid buried drilling accidents.
11. The winch is equipped with a water brake to ensure smooth and safe drilling when drilling deep holes.
